Order and conditions of delivery
To
be able to purchase from us you have to be at least 18 years old. You
register as a customer directly on our site after choosing which
products you wish to purchase. Thus you do not need to be a member
first to be able to remember a bunch of complicated usernames and
passwords. Under the heading handling of personal information you can
read about how we handle the information you provide us. If something
changes in our conditions, it will clearly be stated on our homepage
and/or in the product information for the mentioned merchandise.Ordering procedure
When
you purchase from us, you first choose those products you wish to buy.
After choosing the items, click on the buy button to place the
merchandise in the shopping cart. If you want to continue your
purchase, click on the shopping cart up in the right corner and you
will see all of the items in your cart. To finalize your purchase,
click on check-out and thereafter you fill in your information so we
know where the merchandise shall be delivered. Thereafter you choose
your preferred method of payment and swish! the order is placed and you
will see a confirmation on the screen. A receipt will also be sent
automatically to you via email. Method of payment
Currently we offer payment via credit card (MatserCard and VISA) and PayPal. Freight - and shipping charges
Shipping
is provided through the Royal Mail service. To cover the cost for
orders in our system, shipping and handling charges are presently
debited at €10-70 (depending on weight) for most shipping alternatives
of 5 to 6 days. Prices
All prices on the site include applicable sales tax. Delivery time
Your
products are delivered within 5-6 days if the products are in stock. If
they are unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you. Backordered products
If
any of the products you ordered happen to be on backorder, we will
contact you via e-mail and give you the option to cancel the order for
this product or offer you the alternative to simply wait until we once
again have more in stock. If you decide to wait, we might hold some of
the products in the order until these backorder items are in stock. Delivery
Your
order is delivered to the address you provide when you finalize the
check-out. We always ship packages in the most economical way in order
to keep our prices low and we hope that you can understand this.
Shipping charges depend on your choosen speed of delivery and the total
